What needed to change.
Mental health is a difficult category to navigate digitally. The company offers distinct services across therapy, counselling, psychiatry, corporate wellness, and training. Users were landing on the site but struggling to understand which service fit their need, and content was fragmented across pages with no unified authority for search or AI engines.
The internal team also had no easy way to update service content, publish articles, or track incoming enquiries across the different programs.

What we shipped.
We built a custom website structured around the five program areas, with clear service discovery flows that guide visitors from a general question toward the right program. Every page was designed around SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices, with schema markup, authority content, and answer-structured copy so that Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini can surface the company's content accurately.
The custom Laravel admin dashboard lets the team manage programs, publish articles, update FAQs, and handle enquiries from one place. Every lead is tagged by service interest and captured for follow-up.

What changed for the business.
Service discovery is now clearer for visitors, with intent-specific entry points for each program. Content is AI-ready, so AI assistants can reference the company accurately when users ask for mental health resources.
Search coverage spans traditional SEO, answer-engine results, and generative search responses. The internal team now has complete control over content, FAQs, and enquiry management through the custom admin.
